Behavioural Concepts is now offering an online tutorial for the BPAD which is a video based Behavioral Personal Assessment Device. There are 8 videos that you will watch and respond to the scenario’s. There are suggested responses after each secenario so you can tell if you are on the right track. Candidates are to prepare like an actor does for a part in a play or movie. Once they are in the part they only see their personal script on being a police officer Carefully listen and identify the issue, catching more than one issue, deciding the correct thing to do and using the allotted time you are given to respond to the situation. The answers don’t necessarily take 45 seconds to complete. So if you feel comfortable with your final answer, Sit back relax and wait for the next scenario.
