This course offers aspiring candidates the opportunity for interactive virtual learning with Valerie, the Owner and Operator of Behavioural Concepts.

It is broken down into 3 modules which are strategically outlined allowing the individual the chance to formulate his/her professional competencies. The online workshop is designed to introduce participants to behavioural interviewing concepts, while promoting self growth and the relationship awareness theory. These strategies will enable the candidates to acquire the skills to be successful in the Police Essential Competency Interview.

The workshop will teach the specific core competencies that today’s Police Services value, what they mean and how they relate to policing. I will show you how to recognize and answer behavioural interview questions using the STAR method of interviewing. The online workshop includes the e-manual.
